My name is Sannah H, and I am a dedicated female home carer with a wealth of experience in providing care to individuals with various health conditions. With a special focus on hourly care, I have supported clients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, bedbound individuals, MS as well as those dealing with anxiety and depression. I take pride in my ability to assist with toileting, dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship and cooking services to ensure the well-being of those under my care.
One of my strengths as a home carer is my capability to drive, coupled with owning a car. This enables me to provide transportation services to appointments or outings as needed. My skills in various caregiving tasks are complemented by my friendly and caring nature, allowing me to build genuine connections with my clients. I find joy in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity, which is a driving force behind my passion for caregiving.
Outside of my caregiving responsibilities, I find solace and joy in activities such as dancing, cooking and baking, decorating, socializing, and reading. These hobbies reflect my creative and sociable nature, which I believe contribute to my ability to provide compassionate care to those in need.
